LOBO, Batangas – A 30-year-old Person with Disability drowned in the sea in Barangay Lagadlarin here on Sunday morning, September 10.
Panopio’s body was seen by a concerned citizen floating on the shallow portion of the sea at around 11 a.m.The victim’s family told police that they did not notice him was going outside the resort where they were staying and swimming alone in the sea.
