MANILA – The PetroGazz Angels regained their winning ways by sweeping PacificTown-Army, 29-27, 25-20, 25-14, in the Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference on Sunday at the Alonte Sports Are

They were tested by a veteran PacificTown-Army team, with the Lady Troopers saving five set points in the opening set. The Lady Troopers continued to stay in the hunt in the second set, trailing just 22-20 when Jeanette Panaga came alive. The veteran middle blocker scored PetroGazz's last three points of the set, including back-to-back aces to finish off PacificTown-Army.
