Pura Luka Vega, mother perform in fundraiser event

Titled "NKKLK: A Fundraising Show for Pura Luka Vega," various drag artists in the Philippines gathered to show their support to Pura, who was recently released on bail.

During the final part of the show, Pura performed a lip sync of "The Prayer," which made the audience tear up as the artist's mother joined them on stage. "An attack against one of us is an attack against every single one of us and our community and we all stood up against that today," she added.
