Public invited to join praying of the holy rosary to end COVID-19 pandemic

The Aid to the Church in Need-Philippines is inviting the public to join the praying of the holy rosary tomorrow, Oct. 19, 9 a.m., as part of the One Million Children Praying the Rosary Campaign.Former Philippine Ambassador to the Holy See Henrietta de Villa, chief executive officer of ACN Philippines said, the campaign is traditionally offered to pray for world peace, unity, and for persecuted Christians.

The event will be held at the Paco Catholic School in Manila at 9 a.m. and will be led by Grade 3 to Grade 6 students. It will be streamed live from the Facebook page of ACN Philippines. ACN spearheads every year the praying of the holy rosary of one million children from different countries for peace in the world. This year, the children will be praying the rosary to seek the intercession of the Blessed Mother to end the coronavirus pandemic.
