Hindi rin aniya sila direktang nakikipagtransaksyon sa mga supplier, at PS-DBM ang kanilang kausap sa pagbili ng supplies. Lumalabas na sa PITC naman ipinadaan ng DENR ang pagbili nila ng supplies ng composting facilities at plastic recycling factory.
