The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development has cited the growing private sector confidence in President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino program.

“The trust that 4PH is getting in our private sector is heart-warming. This clearly shows that we are on the right track in addressing the country’s housing need,” Acuzar said. The project is a five-tower, 1,100-unit mid-rise residential community to rise inside a 1.7-hectare property.
