Separate advisories sent out by the camps of Moreno and Lacson said the press conference would take place at a hotel in Makati City on Sunday morning.
According to GMA News' Mav Gonzales, the candidates did not divulge the topic of the news conference.“I’m not aware of the purpose. I was just invited by Senator Ping. He said five presidential candidates are meeting and are inviting their running mates. That’s all I know,” he said in a message to reporters.
Apart from the five, the other candidates for president in the May 9 elections are Vice President Leni Robredo, former Senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., labor leader Leody de Guzman, businessman Faisal Mangondato, and physician-lawyer Jose Montemayor Jr.
In the end it's only BBM vs Leni . others are just 'vote wasters'
