Wounded were Legaspi’s partner Mark Olvido, 23, of Sagay City, presently residing in Barangay Guinhalaran; and John Carl Saldo, 21, and his companion Enrique Trujuillo, 20, both residents of Barangay 5. An alleged speeding motorcycle driven by Saldo, was approaching Silay City from Talisay City, on their way home, when it reportedly hit the couple’s motorcycle, causing all four of them to be thrown off, Apitong said.
