Physical election returns received by poll watchdog Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting reached more than half of poll returns from all precincts in the country on Sunday, May 15.
The church-based poll watchdog announced that as of 10:30 a.m. Sunday, they have received a total of 60,848 election returns .The bulk of the ERs came from northern and southern provinces of Luzon, with 38,770 ERs. According to the PPCRV, they are expecting to process about 70 percent of election returns, duplicating their 2019 goal.
