The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting has received about 75 percent of the election returns for its parallel count.

Data from the poll watchdog group showed that the match rate between physical returns and electronically transmitted returns was at 99.9954 percent. PPCRV volunteers pick up the fourth copy of the election returns and send it to the Command Center at Pope Pius XII Catholic Center at U.N. Avenue in Manila.
