The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting on Tuesday, May 17, said that their latest poll return validation showed that 53,644 out of 54,412 physical and fully-encoded electronic returns have matched the electronically-transmitted copies.Church-backed PPCRV said that 54,412 physical ERs have so far been full-encoded as of Monday, May 16.
“The difference can be accounted for as follows: 14 have yet to be compared, 317 have no equivalent transmitted results, and 437 [are] for revalidation, [which means that] these subject ERs are going through another encoding process,” said PPCRV board member Agnes Cervacio in a press briefing.
