The Manila International Airport Authority said the power outage occurred at 1:05 a.m., temporarily crippling operations and disrupting 40 departing flights.The MIAA said a standby power 'is now supplying to critical facilities enabling computer systems of airlines and immigration to function partially. As a result, delayed flights shall be expected.'The agency's engineering team together with Meralco technical personnel are looking into the cause of the power failure.
