PS 6 Station Drug Enforcement Unit operatives placed the minor under their custody after an undercover police officer successfully bought P130,000 worth of shabu from him.He will be brought to the Quezon City Social Services Development Department for proper intervention, police said. Meanhwile, the Station Drug Enforcement Units of QCPD Project 4 , Payatas Bagong Silangan , and Holy Spirit also seized around P47,600 worth of shabu and arrested five other drug suspects in three separate buy-bust operations in the city held on Thursday and Friday, Dec. 9.
All the arrested suspects will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. “Makakaasa ang mga mamamayan ng lungsod Quezon na patuloy ang ating paglatag ng mga operasyong naglalayong mapigilan ang anumang banta ng seguridad at kriminalidad sa ating komunidad ,” QCPD Director Brig. Gen. Nicolas Torre III said.
