Ang mga APOR naman ay pwedeng mag-cross ng siyudad o lumabas at pumasok ng Metro Manila basta’t ito ay work-related aniya. Maaari lang silang magpakita ng company ID o certificate of employment. “Hindi ka na pwedeng bumili ng pabango o laruan dahil non essentials are no longer allowed. That is why lahat ng mga industries ngayon sa NCR kung ikaw ay non-essential ang iyong production hindi ka pwedeng mag-operate. 'Yun ang basic guidelines,” sabi niya.
