Namatay sa atake ng pating sa Hawaii ang surfer na si Tamayo Perry , na kasama sa pelikula ni Johnny Depp na"Pirates of the Caribbean."

Sa ulat ng Agence France-Presse, sinabing pumanaw si Perry, 49-anyos, sa nangyaring shark attack noong Linggo sa Malaekahana Beach sa Oahu. Gumanap si Perry na isa sa mga pirata sa fourth installment ng"Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides." Nakasama rin siya sa re-boot ng"Hawaii Five-O" at cult TV series na"Lost." Naging bahagi rin ng Perry ng 2002 surf movie na"Blue Crush."Ayon kay Honolulu acting Ocean Safety chief Kurt Lager, bilang lifeguard,"loved by all" si Perry sa Oahu.a press conference, tinawag ni Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi na"tragic" ang nangyaring pagkamatay ni Perry.
