Pimentel: Philippines not yet ready for same-sex unions

Senate Minority Leader Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel III on Sunday believed that Filipinos were not yet ready for the institutionalization of same-sex couple civil unions.filed Senate Bill 449, or the proposed Civil Unions Act
