OpinyonMoShareMo BASAHIN:

MANILA - All public transportation passengers will be required to wear face shields and face masks beginning August 15, the Department of Transportation said Wednesday.

Government's inter-agency task force , which formulates policies on the pandemic response, was considering requiring the use of face shields outside Filipinos' homes, a Cabinet official earlier said. Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque earlier said wearing of face shields is recommended in Metro Manila and the Southern Tagalog Region .

The virus epicenter, along with Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Bulacan was placed under a modified lockdown from August 4 to 18 to arrest community transmission of the virus as cases continued to surge. The Philippines as of Tuesday logged another record-high number of daily virus cases at 6,352, raising the nationwide total to 112,593. Of this number, 2,115 patients died while 66,049 recovered.

Yes BUT still, I prefer people to just stay home if di naman need lumabas.

Nope.

Agree... as person who commute is much prone to get and spread virus.

Nop. Pabor ako sa pagsuot ng HAZMAT in public.

Mamimigay ba sila ng libre .... ?

Yes, this is what I did when I took the train. And then I when I go to work I go to the comfort room, remove it, sanitize the f**k out of it with soap, water, and alcohol. Then use it again when I go home. I’m in favor of it as long everyone is provided a face shield.

Pero before you get off the car you must wear it.

Yes! If that's how people wants being protected then do it.

Better safe than sorry

If these policy would help our frontliners, why not?
