The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) has partnered with Araneta City “The City of Firsts” (ACI, INC) to make Saliva RT-PCR testing more accessible.

PRC and Araneta City opened the drive-thru saliva RT-PCR collection sites in Araneta City Bus Port located in Gen. Romulo Ave, Araneta City, QC starting Feb. 17, 2021.It was attended by PRC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Senator Richard J. Gordon, PRC Secretary General Elizabeth Zavalla, ACI Senior Management Consultant Juan Recinto, Senior Vice President Antonio Mardo, VP and Zone Manager Morriel Abogado, AVP for Marketing Marjorie Go, and other executives from ACI, Inc.

PRC said it continues to expand its drive thru saliva collection sites to shopping malls nationwide to give more Filipinos easier access to cheaper, faster, and non-invasive tests for COVID-19. “This partnership reinforces our company’s commitment in giving value to the health and safety of our community,” said Senior Management Consultant of Araneta City Rowell Recinto.

“As we cooperate with organizations like the Red Cross in managing the COVID health crisis, Araneta City guarantees the public that we always put Safety First at the City of Firsts,” he added.
