PhilHealth also said while the investigation is ongoing, affected systems will be shut down to secure its application systems.The agency appealed to the public for 'understanding' and promised 'to get to the bottom' of the issue.PhilHealth said that it would 'institute stronger systems to prevent this from happening again in the future.'As of Saturday, the PhilHealth website cannot be accessed.
