NOMINATIONS are now open for the second Philippine Resilience Awards , which recognizes 'outstanding contributions' to climate action and disaster resilience.The theme for this year's edition is 'Kabataan at Kababaihan: Katatagan ng Bayan' , which will honor women champions and youth leaders across the nation.

Youth Resilience Champions are young leaders committed to building resilient communities through science-based and evidence-informed risk and resilience governance,' it explained.
