Amid the surge in coronavirus disease cases in the country, the Philippine Red Cross underscored the need to speed up vaccination efforts.

On Aug. 5, the new PRC EDSA Boni Bakuna Center located at a former 24-hour convenience rolled out its vaccination drive. It caters to COVID-19 priority groups – specifically the Overseas Filipino Workers – as part of the government’s vaccination initiative and the expanded A1, A2, and A3 categories.
