“The numbers that we mentioned, 8,000 to 9,000, they have now been up to about 10,000 to 11,000 by the end of this month ,” David said. “Most of NCR is now undergoing increase in new cases. in Pasay, Malabon and Navotas, are now actually slowing down,” he said.
