Foreign affairs chief turns down panda offer for PH😭😭😭 Correct! Panda is lovable, but I totally agree not to risk another species to be starved to death when we cannot afford to feed our own local species. (How about we feed and find suitable home for stray animals first) Panda Diplomacy carries along Chinese professionals who are going to take care of the Pandas. I'ts not just importing an animal but they will be treated as VIP. It's a sign that the Philippines is favorable to China. It will be a BIG DEAL if a panda dies. It's a big no-no.
