LUCENA CITY — Anti-illegal drug operatives nabbed an alleged big-time trafficker who reportedly yielded P6.9 million worth of “shabu” during a buy-bust operation in Bacoor City, Cavite province on Wednesday, Feb. 1.In a belated report on Friday afternoon, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Region 4A identified the arrested suspect as Daryl Julhasan, 28, who was classified as a “high-value” target in the government campaign against illegal drugs.
The report said Julhasan, an event coordinator by profession from Taguig City, was caught by PDEA agents at 7:15 p.m. at the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant in Barangay Talaba 4.
