Pasig enrolls record 13,000 scholars as Vico Sotto renames program

What irks me the most are politicians naming buildings,projects,schools,etc. after themselves. Such shamelessness! The money used to fund these came from people's taxes! If it was their own money,i have no qualms but if it came from tax then isn't that 'epal?' What legacy? Lol.

i know he meant good but erasing somebody else legacy is not.
