The Pasig City local government on Tuesday, Jan. 11, announced that the city has recorded nearly 3,000 active COVID-19 cases on Monday.

According to the Pasig Public Information Office, 790 new active cases were added on Jan. 10, bringing the active COVID-19 tally to 2,835.

Barangays with the most number of active cases were Manggahan , Pinagbuhatan , Rosario , San Miguel , and Sta. Lucia . Following the COVID-19 surge, the city government urged the public to remain vigilant and observe minimum health protocols at all times.
