The Pasay City government is asking its residents to avail the free RT-PCR mass testing due to the continued spike of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases in the city.

The City Health Office is asking residents, especially those with symptoms and close contacts and exposure to COVID-19 positive individuals, to avail the free RT-PCR testing offered to help the city contain the spread of the virus.

In a Facebook post, Pasay Public Information Office said those living in Barangays 1 to 75 and Barangays 80 to 143 can have their free RT-PCR test at Andres Bonifacio Elementary School, while those living at Barangays 144 to 201 can have their test at Malibay Plaza.Those who wish to undergo the free testing should bring a valid ID or their PhilHealth ID for verification, it added.As of February 27, the city has logged a total of 525 active cases, with 103 new cases.
