Easterlies and the northeast monsoon or “amihan” will bring cloudy skies and rains over certain areas in the country, the weather bureau said Thursday. | DYGalvezINQ

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will likewise prevail over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley due to the northeast monsoon, with no significant impact.

The easterlies, along with localized thunderstorms, meanwhile, will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains over Metro Manila over the rest of the country.Pagasa also recorded a minimum temperature of 23.6°C at 5 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 31.8°C at 2 p.m. at the weather station at the Science Garden, Diliman, Quezon City.
