A total of 50 health workers from the Ospital ng Parañaque received the first dose of China-made Sinovac vaccine at the start of Parañaque City government’s vaccination rollout.

Ospital ng Parañaque I and 2 director, Dr. Jefferson Pagsisihan, was the first to receive the Sinovac vaccine followed by Dr. Patrick Ismael Dela Cruz, Parañaque’s chief of clinics, to erase fear among the health workers to get vaccinated.

He said the city initially received 600 doses of Sinovac vaccines to be administered to 300 individuals who will be inoculated twice. According to Dizon, the city will also get AstraZeneca vaccines which arrived in the country on Wednesday night .
