Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez announced that around 60 vehicles will be deployed to offer “Libreng Sakay” or free rides to commuters during the weeklong transport group strike set on Monday, March 6 to 12.

He said all public and private schools in the city will shift to online classes as an alternative learning method for daycare to college-level students during the week-long strike.The mayor said that Department of Education Schools Division of Parañaque Superintendent Dr. Evangeline Ladines already announced that all schools in the city will implement the asynchronous and synchronous method learning for students on March 6 to 10.
