The Commission on Higher Education says there are only around three million students in college levels. "Don't be afraid that by January, there will be thousands of students going back to the campuses, thats not going to happen. SelectiveCHED chairman Prospero De Vera said. De Vera says that aside from Our Lady of Fatima, the Holy Angel University in Pampanga and some STI campuses also want to hold limited face to face classes.
