State-run Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR) has welcomed its first woman president and chief operating officer (PCOO).

Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin administered the oath of office to lawyer Wilma Eisma, first woman president and COO of state-run Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp., in Malacañang on April 18.

Prior to joining PAGCOR, Eisma served as one of the board of directors of the government-owned Development Bank of the Philippines for two years.
