Pag-eehersisyo sa labas, bawal muna sa Metro Manila

MAYNILA—Hindi na papayagang lumabas ng bahay ng mga gustong mag-ehersisyo habang pinaiiral pa rin ang enhanced community quarantine sa Metro Manila.

Matatandaang sinabi noon ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque na bagama't ECQ, papayagan ang mga individual exercises gaya ng jogging at biking kung nasa vicinity lang naman ng sariling barangay. Samantala, nagpaalala naman si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte hinggil sa hindi dapat paglabas ng mga hindi pa bakunado. "Iyong mga elderly, iyong mga matatanda na, bedridden, or wheelchair bound, huwag na muna sila lumabas kung walang bakuna at tiyaka iyong mga tao na walang bakuna. My suggestion is do not go out our the house unless there is a facility where you can go to have your vaccines. Iyan ang ano ko, payo ko.
