In the same press conference, Pacquiao shared his plan to provide funding to modernize barangay health centers and community hospitals to lessen the burden of the country’s provincial and regional hospitals.
One thing that should not be tolerated by our leaders is regionalism. If we want to be united, do not promote regionalism.
