Melvin Mercado, head of Police Station 8, said they conducted a one week-monitoring on the suspects who were renting a house in Barangay Singcang-Airport.Recovered from them were the P99,000 boodle money, weighing scale, and a .45 caliber pistol with a magazine containing five bullets reportedly owned by Lapag.He said they are checking the background of the suspects to determine if they have previous cases and check the source of the illegal drugs.
