The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported Sunday that the government has given at least P125.7-million worth of assistance to victims of typhoon 'Ulysses' from eight regions across Luzon.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council reported Sunday that the government has given at least P125.7-million worth of assistance to victims of typhoon “Ulysses” from eight regions across Luzon.

Meanwhile, some P44.2-million worth of aid were distributed by local government units , P2.8 million were from private partners, and around P730,000 were from non-government organizations . The damage to infrastructure and agriculture have increased to P8.7 billion and P4.2 billion, respectively.
