The Office of the Vice President held a gift-giving activity yesterday for the indigent members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, asexual or any other gender terms (LGBTQIA+) community in celebration of Pride Month.

Members of the LGBTQIA+ community receive grocery packs during a gift-giving activity sponsored by the Office of Vice President Sara Duterte in Barangay Payatas, Quezon City yesterday in line with the observance of Pride Month.MANILA, Philippines — The Office of the Vice President held a gift-giving activity yesterday for the indigent members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, asexual or any other gender terms community in celebration of Pride Month.

The gift packs included grocery items and other goods donated by supporters of the LGBTQIA+ community. The OVP said the LGBTQIA+ beneficiaries came from various sectors such as women, fisherfolk and persons with disabilities, among others.
