A total of 1,419 individuals or 400 families were evacuated due to the combined effects of Southwest Monsoon which was enhanced by Tropical Storm Dodong , the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said Sunday.
It also resulted in class suspensions in 66 cities and municipalities, 23 canceled seaport trips, and water and power supply interruption in several areas.
