Parañaque police arrested four persons who were playing cara y crux , one of them was caught in possession of a firearm, early Wednesday morning, March 1.
Police identified the suspects as Arnulfo Zabala, 41; Ken Lloyd Bulawit, 24; Mark Anthony Ygayan, 31; and Carlo Bullecer, 33. San Dionisio Police Substation operatives arrested the suspects around 12:27 a.m. on Lopez St. in Barangay San Isidro, City. According to city police chief Col. Renato Ocampo, the cops were conducting “Oplan Galugad” when they spotted the suspects playing cara y cruz.
Ocampo said the operatives also recovered from Zabala a .38-caliber revolver with two live ammunition, aside from P350 bet money and P1 coin used as flipper.Management Section for documentation and filing of charges.
