MAYNILA — Pansamantalang ipinasara ng pamahalaang lokal ng Quezon City nitong Martes ang isang opisina sa Barangay Pasong Tamo matapos maiulat sa kanila na positibo sa COVID-19 ang higit 30 tauhan doon.

Pinasara ng QC Business Permit and Licensing Department ang isang establismyento sa Bgy. Pasong Tamo sa Quezon City kung saan 32 na residente ang nagpositibo sa Covid-19, karamihan dito ay mga engineers umano na gumagawa ng government road projects @ABSCBNNews @DZMMTeleRadyo pic.twitter.com/UNHK4mYFBmPinasok ng mga operatiba ng QC Business Permit and Licensing department ang gusali kung saan naroroon ang surveying company.

Nadatnan doon ng mga awtoridad ang ilang tauhan ng barangay at ang isa sa mga personnel staff ng opisina. Sabi ng taga-barangay, 11 tao na lang ang natitira sa opisina at wala na ang iba pa. Dagdag nito, mga engineer na gumagawa ng government road projects ang mga nagkasakit. Dahil dito, naglagay ng mga tauhan ang barangay sa loob ng compound para mabantayan at di makalabas-pasok ang mga tao sa lugar.Ayon sa local government, nasa 50 establisimyento na ang naisyuhan nila ng closure order simula noong pandemya dahil sa iba't ibang paglabag.
