For this group of residents from northern Cebu, now is the best time to pay it forward.

CEBU CITY —

The residents coursed through their aid through the relief assistance program of former Department of Tourism Secretary and Cebu gubernatorial candidate Ace Durano. “it was a heartwarming feeling to know people, who are mostly regular workers, and shelled out their own resources and time to share their water and food to the victims of Typhoon Odette,” said Durano who met the group when they arrived in Mandaue past 10 p.m. last December 23.
