IMUS CITY, Cavite -- The number of curfew and liquor ban violators in Cavite in connection with the enforced enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) has breached the 2,000 mark with the arrest of 288 more lately in the province’s eight districts.

, Cavite — The number of curfew and liquor ban violators in Cavite in connection with the enforced enhanced community quarantine has breached the 2,000 mark with the arrest of 288 more lately in the province’s eight districts.

The total number of arrested violators, as of Thursday, was 2,002 with the additional 288 from 1,714 that was reported previously. The governor has been strict on the arrest of violators and the enforcement of the ECQ and unmindful of what the violators would say as he said that the measures in place and the actions being taken are for the safety of the people and the community.
