NOW Telecom Company, Inc., together with affiliate NOW Corporation (NOW Corp.), is negotiating the possible lease of towers for 5G installation with SBA Towers Philippines Inc., a subsidiary of NASDAQ-listed SBA Communications Corporation.

NOW Telecom Company, Inc., together with affiliate NOW Corporation , is negotiating the possible lease of towers for 5G installation with SBA Towers Philippines Inc., a subsidiary of NASDAQ-listed SBA Communications Corporation.

“The parties are in discussion and negotiating the lease of build- to-suit sites, towers, and passive telecommunications infrastructure and facilities that will be made available for the installation of NOW’s facilities and equipment to provide telecommunications and/or internet services,” the firm said.

“It is an integral policy in NOW Group’s roadmap to partner with trusted vendors that are part of the Clean Network,” said NOW Telecom President and COO Engr. Rene L. Rosales.
