The Department of Education clarified that there are no “concrete details” yet on the possible teaching of Association of Southeast Asian Nations languages in Philippine schools.

“Right now, we don’t have concrete details on that,” said DepEd Spokesman Michael Poa in a presser early this week. “ASEAN languages may be offered in our schools and universities,” Duterte said to help strengthen the relationship of ASEAN member-countries.
