Metro Pacific Tollways Corp. said on Tuesday the Toll Regulatory Board has issued a notice to start toll collection for the North Luzon Expressway-South Luzon Expressway Connector.
The expressway started commercial operations in March. Since then, it has provided about 14,000 daily motorists toll-free passage.
