NLEX, DPWH, MMDA announce week to month-long road closures

The North Luzon Expressway Corporation , the Department of Public Works and Highways, and the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announced week to month-long road closures in Metro Manila. In a Friday announcement, the NLEX announced lane closures along NLEX Balintawak from April 25 to May 2, 2024 to give way to the San Miguel Corporation's construction of the Northern Access Link Expressway project near the Balintawak Toll Plaza.
