Nissan has quietly discontinued the top-of-the-line Almera VL Turbo N-Sport variant starting this January. Instead, they’ve decided to replace it with the slightly more affordable Almera VE N-Sport.
Now priced at P 1,049,000 or some P 49,000 cheaper than the Almera VL Turbo N-Sport, the Almera VE N-Sport still comes decked out in the N-Sport appearance package comprised of the N-Sport grille, N-Sport front and rear bumpers, silver-finished door mirrors, and N-Sport emblems.Inside, the Almera VE N-Sport still gets the previously exclusive Almera VL N-Sport black soft panel dashboard, but loses the leather seats and 60/40 split-folding mechanism and center arm rest on the rear bench.
Surprisingly, despite its N-Sport positioning, Nissan has also dialed back the safety features with the omission of 4 airbags . Thankfully, other safety features, including the advanced driver assist—360-degree camera, front autonomous emergency braking, and vehicle stability control remain untouched.
Color choices for the Almera VE N-Sport are: Cayenne Red, Premium Corona Orange, Pearl White, Gun Metallic, Brilliant Silver, and Galaxy Black.Almera 1.0 VE Turbo MT – P 949,000
