In an advisory, PRC said that the ceremony will be conducted on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022 at 10 a.m. and it will be spearheaded by PRC Iloilo through Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Participants of the said oathtaking were instructed to wear formal or business attire and use a white backdrop throughout the virtual ceremony.“Secure an online appointment schedule at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select e-OATH as transaction,” said PRC, further instructing the inductees to print the “Oath of Professional” form which is also accessible through the Commission’s online services.

As elaborated in the PRC Resolution No. 1255 s. 2020, specifically under the pre-ceremony protocols, inductees were instructed to open the invitation link provided by the Commission at least one hour before the start of the ceremony for identity screening purposes.“Those who are unable to join within the said screening will no longer be allowed to access the video conference and to take their oath,” said PRC.
