Three members of the Muntinlupa Rescue unit under the Muntinlupa City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) have tested positive for coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

As a result, MCDRRMO chief Erwin Alfonso said the Emergency Medical Services under Muntinlupa Rescue have been suspended starting July 25 until further notice.

Muntinlupa Rescue assists the City Health Office in managing and transporting suspect and confirmed COVID-19 cases. This is in addition to assisting people during disasters, accidents, and emergency cases, and taking them to hospitals.
