Col.

Pun-an pa nga walay helmet, wala maka-survive ning bayot ,” matod ni Garcia.Sumala sa imbestigason sa ka­pulisan, pagkakaadlawon, ang duha nakahukom nga mo­u­li apan gikataho nga way mga helmet samtang kusog kini nga nakapadagan sa motorsiklo.
